We only ship to the USA We have a minimum order of $20.00 in assorted merchandise. We have a flat shipping/handling charge of $5.00 per order, as long as your order is for at least $20.00 worth of goods excluding shipping. We prefer not to ship orders under $20.00. However, if you order less than $20.00 before shipping, we will add a minimal additional handling charge of $5.00 to the shipping/handling. Order $20.00 to $1,000.00 in merchandise and your total shipping cost will be $6.99. Insured orders are shipped with a tracking number. By placing an order with us, both parties (you and we) agree to use the shipping company's tracking information as the final determinant in assessing whether or not a package was delivered. If we ship a package, and the tracking information shows that it did not arrive to you, it remains our responsibility to get a replacement package to you. If the tracking information shows that it was delivered, then it was delivered. We will usually ship your order within 4 working days and it will normally be delivered to you in 7-10 days. The only time this can run a little longer is during the Christmas season or during our once a year sale on the things we manufacture, Dec. 26 - Jan. 31 each year. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel the back order if you would rather not wait. Our business is operated from the state of Colorado. Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to destinations inside the state of Colorado.. All orders shipped outside of the state of Colorado are invoiced tax free.
